How to Effectively Use Microsoft Project
This course is included in the PMP Exam Preparation course but can be purchased separately if you want to know how to use Microsoft Projects Effectively
This dynamic course has four modules: Microsoft Project Configuring, Planning, Communicating, and Monitor and Control. The modules are engaging, explaining Project Management concepts and Microsoft Project demonstrations, with exercises to pause the recordings and replicate what we just demonstrated to create your project schedule. At the end of the course, you will have built a Schedule, Used Views, Group, Tables, Filters, and Reports to communicate the schedule and update and compare baseline to the plan.
